FCICA is always looking for people who would like to contribute to the commercial flooring industry by joining committee. Enhance your professional development while supporting FCICA and join a committee that aligns with your expertise and/or interests.
Each committee hosts a minimum of (2) conference call meetings per year and meets in person at FCICA's Mid-Year Meeting and Convention. As a committee member, we request that you are present on both conference call meetings and encourage you to join us at the in person meetings at Mid-Year and Convention.
Education Committee - Committee members provide strategic guidance on educational programming and priorities. The committee is responsible for pursuing ideas that will educate the industry and members on floor covering. It oversees monthly webinars, Member Meet Up, Certified Installation Manager (CIM) Certification Program and educational sessions at Mid-Year and Convention. is responsible for pursuing ideas that will educate the industry and members on floor covering. Marketing Committee - Committee members provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives and priorities. Goals include: Developing an annual marketing plan to promote programs and activities; Increase social media posting frequency and engagement; identify and review social media performance metrics—engagement, followers, demographics and content trends; Support program rollouts; Help implement a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing the number of CIMs.

Membership Committee - Committee members provide strategic guidance on membership development and priorities. The committee is responsible for increasing and maintaining FCICA membership. Additionally, the committee is responsible for branding and marketing the association as well as developing programs that are beneficial to the FCICA membership.

Next Gen / Successors Committee brings together next generation commercial flooring professionals - of all ages - to advocate involvement in FCICA, education and networking resources.
Associates Committee, all associate members are invited to participate in this committee.
