Exhibitor Space is assigned following the same procedure in year’s past. Platinum Members are invited to register first for exhibitor space, followed by Gold Members and then Base Members. Further instructions on selecting space will be shared at a later date.
Exhibitors space includes:
- 8’ x 10’ space
- (1) 6’ skirted table and (1) chair
- Space will be piped & draped
Anything that can be set up and taken down within one hour is allowed in your booth space.

Cancellation Policy: No registration refunds after February 15, 2023 will be accepted. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to registration refunds requested prior to February 15, 2023. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions. Registration fees may be deductible as ordinary or necessary business expenses. Consult your tax advisor for more information.
