Trade Show Electricity/AV Orders

Exhibitor Space is assigned following the same procedure in year’s past. Platinum Members are invited to register first for exhibitor space, followed by Gold Members and then Base Members. Further instructions on selecting space will be shared at a later date.

Exhibitors space includes:

8’ x 10’ space
(1) 6’ skirted table and (1) chair
Space will be piped & draped

Anything that you can set up and take down within one hour is allowed in your booth space.

Silent Auction + Raffle Items Donation Request

Please consider donating an item(s) to be placed in the silent auction or raffle. If you elect to donate an item, please provide an image to include on the Annual Convention and Commercial Flooring Trade Show website page. Silent auction items will be displayed on the website for the duration of the event.

Companies donating raffle and/or silent auction items will be responsible for shipping to the winner, if shipping is necessary. FCICA has the right to choose if the donated item will be raffled or placed in the silent auction. Your generous donation helps raise money for the association! Thank you for supporting FCICA.
