There are 2 levels for exhibitor registration:
Premier Trade Show Exhibitor Registration includes: (1) attendee registration, 8' x 10' booth space, Enhanced listing on the event mobile app with capabilities to upload sell and product sheets. Cost is $1,379 - SAVE $150 by registering before January 15!
Trade Show Exhibitor Registration includes: (1) attendee registration and (1) 8' x 10' booth space. Cost $1,054 - SAVE $150 by registering before January 15!
Exhibitors space includes:
- 8’ x 10’ space
- (1) 6’ skirted table and (1) chair
- Space will be piped & draped
- 4" x 77" identification sign
New this year - anything that you can set up and take down within one hour is allowed in your booth space.
Demo's are allowed in your booth space however you are responsible for protecting the floor.
Trade Show Setup Time
Trade show exhibitors can set up Tuesday, March 10 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Trade Show Break Down Time
Trade show exhibitors can break down booths immediately following the close of the trade show - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, March 11.
Trade show materials CANNOT be shipped to the hotel.
Sz15 Logistics is FCICA's contracted package shipping, handling and storage vendor. Sz15 will facilitate the movement of trade show materials to your booth space.
Complete this form to insure the prompt arrival of your packages.

All packages will be verified by Friday March 6, 2020 and you will be notified of what has been received via email or cell phone.
All packages/shipments will be subject to the following handling fees that must be paid prior to receipt of packages for consolidation and shipment to the hotel and are subject to a minimum $25 per shipment charge.

Cancellation Policy: No registration refunds after February 20, 2020 will be accepted. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to registration refunds requested prior to February 19, 2020. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions. Registration fees may be deductible as ordinary or necessary business expenses. Consult your tax advisor for more information.
