Prove your team’s superiority with this intense battle for status, pride and bragging rights.
The day begins with a 45-minute tour from Hershey Trolley Works. This historic trip will take you through the inspiring story of Milton Hershey and the main sites of his town. The tour ends at Hershey’s Chocolate World, where you’ll enjoy a buffet lunch and delicious Hershey’s desserts. Next, follow cocoa beans on their journey to becoming decadent Hershey’s chocolate on the interactive Hershey’s Chocolate Tour. After learning how the chocolate is made, you’ll make some yourself with the Create Your Own Candy Bar experience. There will be time to find some sweet souvenirs in the gift shop before heading back to the hotel.
Back at The Hotel Hershey, each team will work together to construct a model house using only foam board and duct tape. But make sure it’s sturdy – each team will try to take their neighbors’ constructions down with beanbags and air cannons. Teams will be judged on their shooting accuracy, as well as the strength of their structure. Cost: $125.
The teams and their leaders are:
- Contractors: Mike Newberry, CIM
- Associates: Jason Spangler
- CIMs: Amy Johnston, CIM
- Successors: Curtis Blanton
- Spouses/Companions: TBD
